By registering for an account, booking or attending a class, purchasing a membership, or entering any MoreYoga studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and this Liability Waiver.
1. MEMBERSHIP & STUDIO ACCESS
1.1 Membership Status
By completing registration or accepting these Terms online, you become either:
a Member (active membership), or
a Studio User (class packs or pay-as-you-go).
1.2 Acceptance
All memberships and studio access are granted at the sole discretion of MoreYoga.
1.3 Conduct, Suspension & Termination
MoreYoga reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or refuse membership or studio access where, in our reasonable opinion, a person’s conduct:
breaches these Terms,
creates a safety risk,
disrupts classes or staff, or
is detrimental to the studio, brand, or community.
Any suspension or termination will be without refund, including for unused classes or membership time.
1.4 Timetables & Classes
Class schedules, instructors, formats, and studio availability may change at any time. Up-to-date information will be published on our website or communicated electronically.
1.5 Pricing & Refunds
All prices are displayed on our website and may change without notice.
Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of MoreYoga, including where a product has been incorrectly purchased or mis-sold.
2. MONTHLY AUTOPAY MEMBERSHIPS
2.1 Payment Obligation
Membership fees are payable regardless of attendance, usage, illness, travel, or personal circumstances.
2.2 Cancellations
Rolling monthly memberships must be cancelled no later than 30 days before the renewal date via:

Failure to cancel correctly will result in the next payment being taken.
2.3 No-Shows & Late Cancellations
No-show: £10 per class
Late cancellation (within 3 hours): £6 per class

2.4 Preferential Rates
Autopay members receive discounted rates. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that the above charges are reasonable and proportionate.

3. HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY WAIVER
3.1 Assumption of Risk
Yoga and physical exercise involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, aggravation of existing conditions, illness, or, in rare cases, serious injury or death.
By attending any class or activity, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
3.2 Health Declaration
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that:
you are physically and mentally fit to participate,
you have no condition that would make participation unsafe, and
you will inform your teacher of any relevant health conditions or changes.
Participation is entirely at your own risk.
3.3 Injuries
You agree not to practise while injured and to allow sufficient recovery time. Any class validity held by MoreYoga may be extended during recovery at our discretion.
3.4 Pre-Existing Conditions
If you have or have had serious injuries, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, high blood pressure, chronic illness, or any condition requiring medical supervision, you must seek professional medical advice before participating. Failure to do so is entirely at your own risk.
3.5 Pregnancy
If you are pregnant, you must inform your teacher before participating in any class. It is your sole responsibility to seek and follow advice from your medical professional regarding participation in yoga during pregnancy. MoreYoga does not assess medical fitness, require medical documentation, or provide instructor approval. By attending a class while pregnant, you confirm that you choose to participate voluntarily and entirely at your own discretion and risk.
3.6 Medical Disclaimer
Classes and instruction provided by MoreYoga are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. MoreYoga and its instructors are not medical professionals.
3.7 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoreYoga shall not be liable for:
personal injury, illness, or death arising from participation,
loss, theft, or damage to personal property,
indirect, incidental, or consequential losses,
business or financial losses,
events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
4. PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTIONS
4.1 Media Use
From time to time, photography or video recording may take place for promotional purposes. You will be notified in advance and may opt out at any time.
4.2 Introductory Offers
Introductory offers are strictly limited to one per person.
Any duplicate or multiple accounts created to access additional introductory offers will be identified and charged retrospectively at £12 per class for all classes attended beyond the first valid intro offer. Abuse of promotional offers may result in suspension or termination without refund.
5. CLIENT ID PHOTOS
Client photos are used internally for identity verification, security, and auditing purposes only. Accounts are non-transferable. Attendance under another person’s name may result in suspension without refund.
6. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Personal belongings are brought onto studio premises at your own risk. MoreYoga accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
7. IDENTIFICATION & AGE POLICY
7.1 Identification
Valid photo ID may be required for promotional offers. Entry may be refused if ID cannot be produced or does not match the booking name.
7.2 Age Restriction
MoreYoga operates a strict 18+ policy across all locations.
8. SPECIAL MEMBERSHIPS
Certain memberships require a minimum percentage of attendance at a designated home studio. Failure to meet this requirement may result in charges at the standard monthly rate
9. INSTRUCTORS
All instructors teaching at MoreYoga studios are self-employed independent contractors and are not employees of MoreYoga.
