MOREYOGA FOUNDERS MEMBERSHIP
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP - £35.00 PER MONTH - 6 MONTH MIN CONTRACT
1. Membership gives you unlimited access to all MoreYoga studios with unlimited usage to classes only subject to
1a. 50% off classes must be used in your Home Studio.
2. Please note that all founder memberships will be activated on the day of studio opening, studio opening date will be communicated in advance.
2a. By signing up this membership, you commit to making your first purchase when signing up, your 2nd monthly payment will be taken 1 month from studio opening date.
3. This is an introductory offer and cannot be used again.
3.1 Our founder memberships cannot only be purchased once, clients who wish to cancel and return will be subject to full price membership.
4. Subscription fees must be paid irrespective of whether or not the member uses the studio’s facilities.
5. This is a monthly membership with a 6-month minimum contract. This is an automatic payment agreement.
Once the initial 6-month period is over, you will move to a rolling contract. This means that your membership will continue until you cancel.
6. The membership fee is £35.00 and allows you access to any MoreYoga studios, subject to clause 1a.
7. Pregnancy Advisory
For pregnant individuals or those who may become pregnant, it is advisable to consult a medical professional regarding the suitability of practising yoga, especially during the first trimester. While practising in our studios during this time, please consider this advice seriously. MoreYoga cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from practising during pregnancy.
8. You can suspend any time with 30 days notice given prior to the membership’s renewal date (the next payment date).To suspend please contact customer services on

8.1 Please note, we have a minimum 1 month suspension period and a maximum of 3 months per calendar year. We require 7 days notice prior to the payment date.
8.2. Please note you cannot cancel your membership whilst it is suspended. More details under the 'Cancellation' section.
9. Cancellations - please note we have a 30 days notice period prior to the membership renewal date (next payment date). To cancel you must fill in a short cancellation form online (cannot be done via the app)
9.a. Please note Founder Memberships require a 6-month minimum contract.

This is the only way to cancel your membership.
You cannot cancel your contract within its minimum term or whilst on a suspension. When suspending you agree to your payments automatically continuing. The payment after the suspension end date will be due before you could cancel.
9.1 Once you have completed your cancellation form, an email will be sent as confirmation. Please note NO REFUNDS will be given upon failure to complete the cancellation form.
10.Clients are able to find out the dates that the payment renews by looking at the My Account section on our website or in the MoreYoga app. Information can also be accessed through www.mindbodyonline.com or by downloading the MindBody app. Any further information needed with finding out the renewal dates can be obtained via Customer Services:

11. Please note that should you choose to cancel, you will not be able to purchase this membership from our website / app. Please contact customer service to reactivate your membership.
12. This membership only includes classes and not anything else such as workshops.
13. Clients who no-show to sessions will be charged £10 per session; late cancellations incur a charge of £6. Please make sure you cancel classes more than 3 hours before start time. For the policy in detail please see:

14. Should a monthly payment fail we will contact you to clear your account. If the account payment for the month is not fixed within 7 days of the new month starting, a fine of £25 will be added to your account. Your membership will be suspended until the payment is cleared. After 14 days of non-clearance of an account bound by contract, the debt will be passed on to our debt collection providers and additional costs will be applied. Obviously, we never want an account to go this far.
15. There are no refunds on this membership irrespective of personal circumstances. We are offering you the best that you will get anywhere and we are factoring the income from your membership into our business model. By agreeing to the contract you agree to all the above and are not bound by statutory law in regards to a refund.
16. Please note all our studios are reception-free and have no showers (only exceptions are studios within Everyone Active Gyms). We do however have all the equipment and changing rooms.
17. We reserve the right to make changes to our timetables at any time. These changes will not be major and will not affect the quality of your practice. Should we make any major changes we will notify you in an email and appropriate compensation will be given if reasonable.
18. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time in response to market conditions, changes in costs, or other factors beyond our control. Customers will be notified in advance of any price increases applicable to their orders or ongoing services.
19. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is the customer's responsibility to review them regularly. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms."
