Membership Overview: Your membership provides you with unlimited access to all MoreYoga studios, allowing you to attend an unlimited number of classes. Please take note that all contracts commence on the day of purchase.
Membership Details: This is a monthly membership with a mandatory minimum contract period of 2 months.
Automatic Payment Agreement: The membership fee of £54 will be automatically deducted as per the agreed terms and provides access to all MoreYoga studios.
Pregnancy Advisory: For pregnant individuals or those who may become pregnant, it is advisable to consult a medical professional regarding the suitability of practicing yoga, especially during the first trimester and beyond. While practicing in our studios during this time, please consider this advice seriously. MoreYoga cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from practicing during pregnancy.
Membership Suspension: Membership suspension is only effective from the payment date. To suspend your membership, please contact our customer services through this link: https://www.moreyoga.co.uk/contact/. Kindly note that the suspension period ranges from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 3 months, you are unable to cancel whilst suspended. You will need to return for one month minimum before cancelling.
Cancellation Procedure: Cancellation requires a 30-day notice period before the membership renewal date (next payment date). To cancel your membership, you must complete a short cancellation form online, accessible here: https://www.moreyoga.co.uk/prices/cancellations-suspensions/. This is the exclusive method for cancelling your membership. An email confirmation will be sent once the cancellation form is submitted. No refunds will be provided if the cancellation form is not completed.
Renewal Date Information: To find out renewal dates, you can access the "My Account" section on our website or the MoreYoga app. For further assistance regarding renewal dates, contact our Customer Services: https://www.moreyoga.co.uk/contact/.
Reactivation of Membership: In the event of cancellation, reactivation of your membership requires contacting our customer service. This membership exclusively covers classes and does not include workshops.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees: Failure to attend a booked session will incur a fee of £10 per session, while late cancellations (within 3 hours of the session) will result in a charge of £6. Ensure cancellations are made at least 3 hours prior to the session start time. Refer to our policy in detail: https://www.moreyoga.co.uk/self-sign-in/.
Payment Failures and Consequences: Should a monthly payment fail, we will reach out to resolve the issue. If the payment is not rectified within 10 days of the new month, a £25 fine will be added to your account. Membership will remain suspended until payment is cleared. After 14 days of non-payment, your contract-bound debt will be forwarded to our debt collection partners, incurring additional costs.
Refund Policy: Regrettably, no refunds are offered for this membership, regardless of personal circumstances. This membership's revenue is integrated into our business model.
Contractual Agreement and Statutory Law: By agreeing to this contract, you acknowledge and accept the terms stated above. You are not bound by statutory law regarding refunds.
Studio Facilities and Timetable: Please note that our studios are reception-free and do not provide showers, except for studios within Everyone Active Gyms. However, changing rooms and necessary equipment are available.
Timetable Changes: We retain the right to make minor changes to our timetables. These changes will not significantly impact the quality of your practice. Major changes will be communicated via email, and appropriate compensation will be provided if deemed reasonable.
