CANCELLATIONS
Upon registration for the Event, should you decide to withdraw from participation at least one week before the Event date, you will be entitled to a full refund of your payment. If the cancellation occurs within one week of the Event date, refunds will not be available. However, subject to availability, substitutions or a refund to your MoreYoga account may be considered at the sole discretion of MoreYoga. Please note that if you used Reward points to book the Event and cancel within one week of the event, the redeemed points will be forfeited.
If you provide at least one week's notice for the cancellation, you may have the option to reschedule your workshop token if it remains valid. Workshop tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, please reach out to our Customer Service team, as refunds cannot be processed automatically when canceling the event.

WAITLIST
Waitlists are available for all our workshops and events, and they are managed manually. If you'd like to be added to a waitlist, please get in touch with our customer service team. In the event that a spot becomes available, payment will be required to secure your place.
