Please arrive 10 mins before the class start time so you can get settled, sign yourself in and have time to let the teacher know about any injuries or ask any questions you have.
Please note all our studios are reception-free and have no showers (only exceptions are studios within Everyone Active Gyms), the teacher will arrive 10 minutes before the class start time to let you in.
