TERMS & CONDITIONS PAY-AS-YOU-GO
PAYG blocks have a validity period displayed on the website before your purchase and can also be obtained by looking at the ‘Passes’ section of your account by checking the expiry date.
The validity periods are:
4 session block - 1 month
8 session block - 2 months
12 session block - 3 months
24 session block - 4 months
The blocks activate on the day of purchase.
This date cannot be modified.
PAYG blocks are non-refundable.
PAYG blocks cannot be frozen.
Please be aware of the validity period to use your allotted sessions.
Should you need more time to use the block we may be able to add the sessions left over on your current pass to your next purchase.
We offer a student, blue light card and over 60 discounts on our PAYG blocks.
You will be asked for evidence of your status by Customer Service to receive your discount code. The discount can be applied to multiple purchases.
Discounts displayed on the website are usually for a limited period and can be withdrawn at any time.
Please note the activation date of the passes cannot be offset unless specified as part of the offer. If you purchase a block with a discount code, the activation date will be your purchase date.
Should an offer specify that starts dates can be offset, customer service will be able to do this for you.
If you miss a discount we will not be able to retrospectively apply this to your purchase.
The above discounts cannot be applied in conjunction with any other discounts we offer. These discounts are only applicable to the full price of the packs.
The exception is if the discount offered on our website or in email is lower than what the concessionary discount would offer you. In this case you will be entitled to the concessionary discount and the difference will be applied to your purchase (for example, if the discount offered on the website or in email is 25% and the concession discount would be 30% off the full price of the pack, the discount will entitle you for the additional 5% off).
Wellness TV access PAYG blocks do not give you access to our online content.
You are welcome to purchase this separately on https://wellnesstv.moreyoga.co.uk/ or opt for one of our memberships. Switches from PAYG to Memberships Should you wish to switch to one of our memberships you will be able to use the remaining amount (pro-rata credit) on your block towards the membership purchase.
REWARDS & PAYG points are not applicable to PAYG purchases. If you’d like to take advantage of our rewards programme, please switch to a monthly rolling membership. For more information please see: REWARDS
No show & Late cancellation Fees: Clients who no show or late cancel (within 3 hours of the class start time) will lose a session from their pack.
