If you're feeling frazzled, exhausted and in need of some serious R&R try a Yin or Restorative Class to help you to deeply relax and replenish your energy levels.
If you find it challenging to switch off and your adrenaline levels are high you might like to try a Slow Flow or Flow to Restore practice to help you connect to your body and quiet a busy mind.
